Bad Bull Engineering – Shipping & Refund Policy

At Bad Bull Engineering, we craft every exhaust system to order, delivering premium performance and power tailored to your machine. Because of the custom nature of our products, we have a specialized shipping and refund policy in place.

SHIPPING POLICY

Made-to-Order Production

All of our exhaust systems are made to order. That means:

Production Time: 7–14 business days

For limited editions or complex builds, production may take longer.

You’ll be notified via email if your order requires additional lead time.

Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info.

Shipping Time (Post-Production)

U.S. Domestic: 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days (varies by customs and location)

Please note these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using reliable carriers like UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS depending on your location and the size of the order. A signature may be required for delivery.

International Orders

Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import taxes.

These fees are not included in the purchase price and must be paid at delivery.

Customs delays are outside of our control.

Damage or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@badbullengineering.com

Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product (if applicable).

We’ll assist in filing a carrier claim and send a replacement if approved.

We are not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not received. Please ensure your delivery address is secure.

Incorrect Shipping Info

Customers are responsible for providing a valid shipping address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final

Due to the handcrafted, performance-based nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect product ordered

Installation issues

Fitment problems due to undisclosed vehicle modifications

Please double-check your vehicle’s year, make, and model before purchasing.

Exceptions – Wrong or Defective Product

We will only issue a replacement or refund if:

You received the wrong item

Your product has a verified manufacturer defect

To start a claim:

Email support@badbullengineering.com within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging

We will evaluate and notify you of next steps

Return Shipping (If Approved)

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

You may be responsible for return shipping unless the issue was our fault.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, and only if production has not begun. After this period, all sales are final.
