1. Return and refund policy
Returns on standard parts
Unused, uninstalled parts in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer pays return shipping unless we made an error.
How to start a return
Before shipping anything back, email us at info@badbullengineering.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
The following are final sale:
- Custom and made-to-order exhaust systems
- Tunes and software
- Any part that has been installed, welded, cut, coated, or modified
- Completed service and labor
Custom order cancellations
A custom order can be canceled for a full refund before fabrication begins. Once fabrication has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
Damaged or defective items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged in shipping or defective, email us photos at info@badbullengineering.com within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right with a repair, replacement, or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, minus the restocking fee and original shipping charges.
