2. Shipping policy

Processing times

• In-stock parts ship within 1–3 business days.
• Custom and made-to-order exhaust systems are built and shipped within 2–4 weeks. We’ll keep you updated if your build needs more time.

Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item’s size, weight, and destination. Full exhaust systems may ship by freight.

International orders
We ship internationally. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees charged by their country. Packages refused at customs are not eligible for a refund of shipping costs.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Lost or damaged shipments
If a package arrives damaged, email us photos within 48 hours of delivery. For lost packages, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
